YLPS was founded in 1996. At the time we delivered labour advise & assistance to primarily the Agricultural Sector. In 1998 we decided to spread our wings and fly to George, where we established ourselves and have been assisting companies on all labour related matters & Hr Functions in the stunning Garden Route area.

We currently assist companies/employers in all sectors (Wholesale & Retail, Clothing, Building, Metal & Engineering, Road Freight, Hospitality, Motor etc.)

The past 12 years in (SA) Labour relations has given us extensive experience and insight into the day to day problems that small to medium employers experience. Our approach is practical and we are proud to say that we have developed successful ways and systems to make the life easier for all SMME employers in the challenging environment of Labour Law in SA.

In 2000, YLPS formed alliance with the (SA) United Employers Organisation to enhance the impact that they make on legislative level for employers on all appropriate forums and councils as well as assisting employers and (SA) UEO members with CCMA and Bargaining Council disputes. http://www.unitedemployers.co.za/

Rozanne Compaan, owner of YLPS is also the dispute resolution officer for (SA) UEO in the Garden Route, Westen Cape.

YLPS is a member of the South African Council for Businesswoman, who has formed agreements with the AHI as well as Proudly South African.
